LiveWall Church Community Program

LiveWall is offering every US church a free subscription for a better way to capture and share the moments that matter to your congregation.

Churches are places where life happens. Baptisms, confirmations, weddings, potlucks, mission trips, youth retreats, Christmas pageants — the moments your community will talk about for years. But too often, the photos and videos from these events end up scattered across dozens of phones, lost in group texts, or buried in someone's camera roll.

LiveWall fixes that. It gives your church a single, beautiful, private space where everyone can share photos and videos from any event — instantly, from their own phone, with no app to download. Just scan a QR code and start sharing.

And as of today, it's available at no cost to churches in the United States.

Why We're Doing This

We built LiveWall for moments that bring people together. There is no community that does this more naturally than a church. We also know that most churches operate on tight budgets and can't justify spending on yet another piece of software. So we decided to remove that barrier entirely. The LiveWall Church Community Program gives your church the ability to use LiveWall at no cost.

How Churches Are Using LiveWall

Sunday Services Display a QR code in the bulletin or on screen. Congregants share moments from worship, choir performances, and fellowship hour.

Weddings & Ceremonies Give every guest a way to contribute their photos to a shared album — no more chasing people for their pictures after the big day.

Holiday & Seasonal Events Easter sunrise services, Christmas pageants, Vacation Bible School, fall festivals — one QR code captures it all.

Youth & Community Youth retreats, mission trips, community meals, volunteer days. Engage the members who live on their phones.

How It Works

  1. Learn how to use LiveWall. The best way to learn how to use LiveWall is to watch our video tutorials.

  2. Create your first event. Log in, name your event, and LiveWall generates a unique QR code. That's it. No technical setup required.

  3. Print or display the QR code. Put it in the church bulletin, project it on screen, tape it to a table at the potluck, or include it in an email to your congregation. We provide print-ready templates.

  4. Your community shares. Congregants scan the code with their phone camera — no app needed — and upload photos and videos directly to a shared, private gallery.

  5. Enjoy and share the memories. Browse the gallery, download favorites, share highlights on social media, or use the photos in your church newsletter. Everything is in one place.

What Your Church Gets

  • Unlimited events — Sunday services, weddings, youth group, fundraisers, retreats. Use it as often as you want.
  • QR code sharing — Guests scan a code with their phone camera. No app download, no account creation, no friction.
  • Photo & video support — Not just photos. Capture video greetings, testimonials, or highlights from events.
  • Download & share — Anyone can download photos. Admins can download the full gallery. Perfect for church newsletters, social media, and memory books.
  • Privacy first — Your congregation's photos stay private and are never used for advertising or sold to third parties. CCPA and GDPR compliant. End-to-end encryption.

The Program is available to established religious communities in the United States operating as recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations or equivalent. LiveWall may request documentation of tax-exempt status at enrollment or at any time during participation. LiveWall reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Program Continuity & Modification. LiveWall offers the Program with the intention of sustaining it indefinitely. However, LiveWall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time with no less than 90 days' written notice to participating organizations. Modifications may include changes to available features, usage limits, or other Program benefits. Continued participation after notice of modified terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.

3. Transition & Preferred Pricing. In the event of Program suspension or discontinuation, participating churches will be provided a transition period of no less than 90 days during which current service levels will be maintained. Following the transition period, participating churches will be offered a preferred community rate for continued service, details of which will be communicated during the transition period.

4. Permitted Use. The Program subscription is provided for use by the subscribing religious community for its own community events and activities. Resale, sublicensing, or systematic use of the subscription on behalf of third-party commercial events or organizations is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate removal from the Program. Occasional use for events hosted in partnership with other community organizations (e.g., interfaith events, community service projects) is permitted.

5. Fair Use & Resource Limits. LiveWall reserves the right to set reasonable limits on storage, bandwidth, event frequency, or other resource usage as needed to maintain service quality for all users. LiveWall will provide advance notice of any material limits imposed and will work with affected churches to find reasonable accommodations.

6. Service Level. Program services are provided on an "as-is" basis without service level guarantees. LiveWall will endeavor to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uptime, support response times, or feature availability at the level of paid commercial subscriptions. LiveWall shall not be liable for any interruptions, data loss, or service degradation. Service availability details are available on our status pages.

7. Privacy & Data. All content shared through LiveWall is subject to LiveWall's standard Privacy Policy. Photos and videos uploaded by church members remain the property of the individuals who uploaded them. LiveWall will not use church community content for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties. LiveWall's end-to-end encryption and privacy protections apply equally to Program participants and paid subscribers.

8. Termination. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. LiveWall may terminate a church's participation immediately for breach of these terms, particularly regarding prohibited commercial use. Upon termination, the church will have 30 days to download and export any stored content before it is deleted from LiveWall's servers.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway. By participating in the Program, churches consent to this jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement. These Program terms supplement LiveWall's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict between these Program terms and the standard Terms of Service, these Program terms shall govern with respect to Program participation.
