Content Data: Content Data is the photos, videos, and other content you upload. You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and those you authorize to access it, limited to the time you are using the service. You can terminate this license with immediate effect by deleting content items and/or walls.

Payment and Billing
Free Services: You can create temporary walls without providing registration information. Temporary walls are limited to 10 photos or videos, have reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse, and the content and the wall will be deleted after 24 hours. Temporary walls are intended to help you evaluate the service with the intent of purchasing a paid service.
Services for Registered Users: If you register a wall with a valid name and email address, you can upload up to 50 photos and videos, and we will keep your content and wall for 7 days. You can delete your content at any time by deleting individual content items, individual walls, or your entire account. We enforce reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
Paid Services: You can upgrade your wall to LiveWall Plus or LiveWall Premium to get extended storage and other premium features. With the paid service you can upload unlimited photos, and your content will be stored for one year from the start of your event. We set the start date of your event when your wall passes 100 uploaded photos. You can share your Camera, Upload and Feed links or QR-codes with up to 500 guests. LiveWall Plus and Premium support images up to 48 megapixels, and LiveWall Premium lets you upload videos of up to 5 minutes length. Paid services also include and are differentiated with other features, see our Pricing page and FAQ for details. When you purchase a paid service, the terms and features that are presented on our Pricing page and in the FAQ at the time of purchase will apply for the lifetime of your paid service. We will not remove features or services, but we may add new features from time to time at our discretion.
Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.
Refunds: If you are not happy with the service or end up not meaningfully using it, we offer a no-questions-asked refund for 30 days after payment. We are a small company, the services we provide incur real costs, and we offer generous trial methods. Please evaluate the service properly to make sure you make an informed purchase.
Data Storage and Security
Data Storage: We are storing your account and metadata in data centers in Sweden and/or Norway. When you create a wall, we will use your current location to determine the storage location for your content. We operate storage servers in data centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia. Additionally, low-resolution renditions of your content may be cached globally (stored temporarily) on a Content Delivery Network (CDN) edge node depending on where you or any guests you invite access the service from.
Data Security: We implement robust security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.
End-to-End Encryption
Premium Feature: LiveWall Premium users can enable end-to-end encryption (E2EE) to ensure their content is protected by a second layer of encryption of industry-grade strength. With E2EE, content will be encrypted at the time of capture or upload, and can only be decrypted in browser and on devices with knowledge of the pass phrase.
User Responsibility: Enabling end-to-end encryption increases your operational risk, as LiveWall does not know and cannot recover your pass phrase. If you lose your pass phrase (which is used to encrypt/decrypt the keyring), all your content becomes unusable, unavailable and unrecoverable.
Communication
Transactional Emails: We send transactional emails related to sign-up, authentication with one-time passwords, creation of new walls, payment, downloads of photos, and deletion of accounts. Transactional emails are only sent when necessary, as a result of user interaction, and when required by law. Please note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails. You can delete your account at any time.
Marketing Emails: We may occasionally send marketing emails about new features or promotions. You can unsubscribe from these emails by using the link provided in the email or the Unsubscribe button in your email client.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management and logging to help us provide a reliable service. Our log data do not contain any personally identifiable information.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Free and Registered services of LiveWall at our sole discretion, without notice, and for any reason. For Paid Services, we will provide the service for the duration of the paid period, but reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perceptron AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of LiveWall.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
